5. Consultations and Orders
5.1 Consultations Consultations initiated through our website are preliminary in nature and do not constitute a binding contract for services until confirmed in writing by JH Designs.
5.2 Custom Devices As our bionic devices are custom-made to individual measurements and specifications, orders confirmed and in production may not be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
5.3 Pricing All pricing communicated during consultations is indicative and subject to final confirmation. Prices may vary based on individual requirements, materials, and delivery location.
5.4 Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers) Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As our bionic devices are custom-fitted, the right of withdrawal may not apply once production has commenced. We will notify you clearly before your order is confirmed.

6. Open-Source Resources
JH Designs makes certain design files, guides, and code available as open-source resources (the "Open-Source Materials") via our website and GitHub.
6.1 Licence Open-Source Materials are released under the Creative Commons Attribution- NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) framework. You are free to use, modify, and distribute these files for non-commercial purposes in accordance with the applicable licence terms, provided clear credit is given to JH Designs.
6.2 No Warranty on Open-Source Materials Open-Source Materials are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. JH Designs does not guarantee that files are complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
6.3 Responsibility for Use Any individual or organisation that downloads, prints, assembles, or distributes a device using our Open-Source Materials does so entirely at their own risk. Mechanical assembly must strictly follow our designated Click-Fit standards to ensure baseline structural integrity. JH Designs accepts no responsibility for devices produced by third parties using our files. It is the responsibility of the builder to ensure safety, suitability, and compliance with local regulations.
6.4 Not for Commercial Resale Open-Source Materials may not be used for commercial resale or commercial exploitation without prior written consent from JH Designs.
